Prismacolor Colored Pencils

What does everyone think of them, in particular black? I use a standard #2 and rose art colored pencils. I find the my selection of colors is dull and faded. I've been watching MarkCrilley YouTube Videos, his work is fantastic and he almost always mentions that the Black Prismacolor Color Pencil is great for making things look truely black. [link]
What I really want is an inking tool, i watched and am readying How to draw comics the marvel way, John Buscema recomends a certain kind of brush and ink. Idk if I'm ready for a comittment like that, is there an alternative, such as these Black Prismacolor Colored Pencils?
A second oppinion would be great!

My name is Rhett Davis, I started srawin about two months ago. It feels like i'm learning alot. I try to be as original as possible when it comes to what i draw. I use pencils, a scanner/printer, and color pencils.
I always have something planned then think of something else and the other thing gets delayed or maybe even canceled, just the nature of things.
Other than drawing my favorite thing to do is race bicycles. I am going to be a professional one day, 5 to 7 years from now, maybe less. I sing I play guitar, i write songs, I make it a daily ritual to make at least 5 people smile a day.
If you have any requests or suggestions on what to draw by all means go ahead. I'd be more than happy to draw what ever you want.
